Thanks for asking, Pat. I could get her to stamp with me when she was in high school, but she has recently moved to San Diego (from Dubuque, IA), and has discovered surfing! So that is what she does if she is not working.

She is artistic and is very good at drawing and photography. When she was in high school and I was beginning to get into stamping, I would ask for her opinion on my cards. She sensed that I was becoming way-too dependent on her, and began asking me "What do you think?"

Very helpful things I learned from her art expertise is about balance, flow and the use of positive/negative space (which I think she learned in "Yearbook" club??).
