Question Recipe Swap? Anyone interested?

I used to love participating in recipe swaps on another site, but took a crafting break because I was a bit burnt out. I'm back into crafting and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a recipe swap. If there's enough interest, I was thinking about hosting one for fall/winter or sometime thereabouts.

Yay / Nay / Dunno ... let me know

Could you give more particulars such as the size and type of format, i.e., 3 x 5 cards, 8 1/2 x 11 or...??? Bling, no bling, typed, handwritten? One recipe or more? In protectors or leave that up to the recipient?

i dont think bling would be a good thing if the folks are going to be storing them in the kitchen to use as recipe cards..too bulky and things would be falling off

I was thinking more like stickers and such, but not the heavy type of bling. Particulars would come in handy as to whether I would want to participate.

I was thinking a 6x6 recipe card, but would not mind changing the size to 4x6 if more people prefer to make that size instead.

- at least one embellishment, but not too bulky (could be bakers twine, ribbon, buttons, flat flowers, stickers, etc)
- no loose glitter as it may still come off the card even with adhesive
- something stamped
- sturdy cardstock (at least two layers if cardstock is flimsy)
- recipe printed (not handwritten)
- recipe can be any type (dessert, main, appetizer, etc)
- placed in ziploc, then mailed (just in case the envelope gets wet)

I was thinking between 6 - 10 recipe cards to be made (final number will depend on number of participants).

Also, I was looking at a due date of November 17 or December 1st (both Saturdays).

If you guys are interested, I'll go ahead and post an official thread for the swap.

Everything but the due date works for me. I'll have to sit this one out. Sounds interesting tho.

Thanks for your input

If there's not much interest for one at this time; I'll try another time.
