Here is an ATC I received from Jean Heady-Spahr featuring VersaMark and Pearl Ex, along with her description of how she made it.

"Stamp pear with VersaWatermark ink. Apply Pearl-Ex with a paint brush. Spray with fixative."

pigment powders are always very pretty and they are so easy to use..i hope you all try it..all you need are powders, watermark ink , and hairspray or other fixative to spray ( krylon spay fixative or other ) and in seconds you will have a masterpiece to share with us all.
I have found that larger none crowded images work best for this technique..its more clear to see..but try it and see what kind of stamps work best for you
