If you know of someone that has the ability to work with wood and have something such as a Second Time Around Building supplies, my husband made his work bench out of solid doors.

You could also revise a dresser's drawers to become spaces for storing bling and such. The lady who taught me about art rubberstamping housed all of her items in a buffet. HTH

It's always fun for me to learn how others organize their crafting space/rooms. Most of my things are stored in Iris carts and on book shelves. I even have a 12-drawer cart from Costco under the knee hole space of my large desk (my work area) so that it's hidden but easily accessible. I have lots of natural light in the room and that may be my favorite crafting "tool" (LOL).

Default crapt room

when i first started out..i loved the iris carts..that was until i had over filled them and placed things on top of them..i had no idea you coundn't do that..so now i am slowly replaceing the plastic carts with old wooden ones that dont match...and i love them ..they were as cheap as the iris carts..i got them at goodwill and habitat for humanity for 16.00 and 30.00 and they are more sturdy and more compartments..so heres my try at it:
30.00 stamping cabinet.jpg
..16.00 stamp cabinet ans paints on floor.jpg
