Default A couple of swap ideas

I've been thinking of a couple of ideas for some swaps and want to get some feedback from my fellow stampers out there as the interest level.

The first idea I've had is based upon when I temped at Starbucks. During that time, we were issued a 'passport'. This 'passport' was used during our coffee tastings, which we had once a week. After tasting a particular coffee, we were issued a sticker stamp like what you see on bags of Starbucks coffee. On the page that we would post that sticker, there was room to write all sorts of information on that particular roast, such as, date of tasting, where it hit our tongue and any qualities we found particularly pleasing or not.

Then, I thought about yearbooks, such as we got when we were seniors in high school. You know, how everyone would write in everyone elses book about different things.

Lastly, I thought about combining the two and perhaps making this into a type of altered book swap, in which our books would get sent out based upon a signup list, we would stamp into another's book and if someone wanted to comment on someone else's work, they could do that then send it to the next stamper on the list (based on the UM stamp round robin that is currently happening).

One problem I thought about is the cost associated with this. I sure don't want it to be cost prohibitive.

Ideas or suggestions anyone?

I like the idea of adding pages/images and passing it on. You could also have everyone make multiple pages and then everyone in the swap gets a page from every participant.

I also like the idea of using up stuff we have! Maybe sending a RAK packet to someone else and having them make something with it?

This won't happen until next year. Right now, I'm just trying to get a feel for what may work.

To make this more like a passport, I think the swap should be open to everyone and not just those abiding stateside. With that in mind, would you still be willing to participate?
