I just received my September issue of VSN today and was very happy to see Inkkyjo(Joannie Davis) card with the dragonfly on page 17. Kudos to you Joannie for your beautiful work. I just have to try that spray starch technique. That's a new technique for me. Love your work.

Along the same lines, I just happened to link to VSN online site and viewed their new cover issue. It's always a thrill to see an artist who has submitted artwork using OnyxXpressions stamps. I have yet to determine who that artist is.... but - that will reveal itself eventually. I just personally love the entire cover art - it's so exotic! I love the colors and the texture and the depth. What a refreshing change to common-place backgrounds.

Great job, InkyJo! My hand's not yet healed enough for me to try any stamping, but after 12 days I can tell it's improviing. Before, I had done the spray starch technique a couple of times, and loved it.

Cheryl, I know Barb Benson. I will ask her to contact you. That heron is one of my favorite stamps.

I get it every month and love it. Lots of techniques and helpful hints from subscribers. It's one of my favorites.
