Is Mostly Animals the same as PSX? Aren't they both out of business?

Yes, I believe they are out of business but there are those that sell their used stamps on eBay and such.

I do know about Ebay
but I am one of those persons that has no paypal
I have thought about paypal
but because of the CHF & PH I will not be around for lots of years so do not want to start another
bank account/ paypal account etc.
so on Ebay I just look
