Learned this technique in a class for preschoolers a long time ago- a project for the kids to do. I haven't done it since then, but your card is exquisite with that technique, Deb. I guess I'll have to try it again.

This was fun to make. I cut the bubble background, then stamped on top. Stamp from Inka Stamps, which I now believe is Scrolls Work.
(Too many techniques, too little play time, Yes??)
