Default Magic Cards, Christmas Cards

I learned how to make Magic Cards recently and decided to make a tutorial page about how to create them. I suddenly thought maybe you would all like to know how to make them too. Here is the link to my tutorial page explaining what they are and including a little video clip on how to put them together. I didn't make the video but I have put it together with my own card example. The page also has Christmas card examples I have made from the past few years.

I'd love to see any new techniques you have come across lately.

The video clip doesn't show for me, Susan, but I can see by the still pics that you stamp the highlights on clear plastic and put cardstock between that and the background. It's a sweet idea and one I'd do for a special card or two. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Lady Kestrel. I am not at all sure why the video won't play? I used a Youtube embed code for it? You worked out the magic trick though without it

Thanks, Elayne! The circle die is very versatile. Glad you liked the snowman,

Thank you both for visiting my site too.

I had no problem with seeing the tutorial. Lots of good ideas in that post of yours with a variety of Holiday cards. Many of those ideas can be used to create cards for other uses too.

Thanks for letting me know that, Fab. Yes, the card layouts are easy to transpose to other occasions. Thank you for visiting my page

The test worked partially. I am still having to sign in.

This new color scheme is hard on old eyes. It is probably a reasonable choice if you use the same colors in lighter shades, especially the blue-green.
