Default Double Embossing Folder Technique

Recently, I was wondering if anyone had tried using more than one embossing folder on a piece of cardstock. Then, I found this.

My battery for my camera is currently charging. As soon as it is charged up, I will share what I did tonight using this technique.

That looks like a wonderful technique, Roberta. I don't have any of the equipment to do it myself, but it is lovely.

Lady K - do you go to any stamping workshops or have any friends that would let you try it on theirs?

Here are my attempts at this technique:

They look terrific, AQ! I've been to some classes but not for embossing. If I decide to get the equipment, I know who to ask for advice.

Nice technique find. I think that the careful choice of designs and color choices make all the difference. Thanks for sharing this. Make this belongs in the techniques section.
I think I like the results better in your lower set of pictures.

Absolutely, Fab, the choice of colors and designs is crucial to the outcome. And I believe you are correct that this should be in the techniques section.

Do you happen to know a way that I can successfully move it over?

Not really, but you could just start a fresh thread there with your original post with the link and then a post showing what you did.

Perhaps the site owner can move it. You could try a PM to her. More people will get to see it there when looking for a technique.

Easy!! Click on the red triangle in the top right corner of the thread and then type a note to Amy in the box that pops up making your request to have it moved.
