ATC Swap: Around The House: Kitchen

The ATC Technique Swap is morphing a bit. This new "ATC Swap: Around the House" is a series of quarterly swaps where you feature a technique using something from various rooms in your house. This month your challenge is to be inspired to create using something you find in your KITCHEN.


Details:
Send 8/Receive 8 (If you choose to send 2 sets, please make your second set completely different. You may receive some of your ATCs back depending upon the number of participants.)
Please no nudes
DUE DATE: postmark by JULY 31
Please sign the back of your ATCs and tell us what you used from the KITCHEN.

Postage/Mailing:
*Mail your ATCs in a 9 page pocket folder. I will return your swap in the folder. (If you are not familiar with pocket folders, go here: http://www.rubberstampchat.net/showthread.php?t=4381)
*Include return postage (3 stamps usually is sufficient) and 2 address labels (one for the "return address").

Here are some ideas to get you started... (Feel free to add to our list. Your idea may spark creativity for someone else!)

look in your refrigerator (lemon juice, veggie prints, the freezer itself???),
your cupboard (salt, condensed milk, aluminum foil, syran wrap, wax paper, drinking straws, koolaide, instant coffee??),
your cleaning cabinet (floor wax, dish washing liquid, windex, 409, sponges???)

Some items may be found in different rooms from one house to another, but that is quite alright. I keep my spray starch in the kitchen, you may keep it in the laundry room. We won't quibble over that! If you keep it in this room, go for it!

More ideas: tea staining, pop cans, pop bottles, mesh bags (tomatoes, onion, garlic), popsicle sticks, food/can wrapper. Some of these items overlap with the Recycle Swap so I'll post over there too.

Hi Deb....mine are postal....but check them for me please...I used gel medium to apply the background and the one I kept ....raised up a bit on one corner! Opps!
