If you set up a login for splitcoaststampers you'll be able to see the photo which is of a branch of cherry blossoms from rubberstampede.
I've found stamps by putting search terms into google, like "cherry blossom rubber stamp," then searching images. Then, if you see one you like (or recognize), usually the image's website origin is listed.
