Default ATRS & Cornish Farms

Has anyone heard anything about both Addicted to Rubber Stamps and Cornish Farms having been bought out and the images from CF being available again soon?

I think one person might have bought her designs back from CHF but she's also become an AMuse Studio consultant. I haven't heard anything more about the remainder of the CHF designs or licenses.

I'm wondering if a revived ATRS will survive. There are now so many online shops with so many goodies that I do think there will continue to be consolidation of the businesses. There are several RSChat vendors that have a bunch of mainstream products and their own 'twist.'

As a consumer, I spend a lot of time looking online to find the best price for what I'm thinking about buying. It really does take a lot of time. . .which becomes time not spent on creating or continuing online friendships!

I don't want to answer for Stacy but I don't do Facebook because it would just be more computer time and not 'nuff living time. I'm probably going to have to break down and get an account soon as I do have a handful of friends who like to use it and it will be a way to keep in touch with my youngest who will be a bit farther away than my eldest has been.

Misuse of FB in point: Hubby's youngest nephew was in a pretty serious boating accident early last week - 40 internal stitches and 200 staples in one leg. His sister, nephew and niece all communicated some news via Facebook when a phone call to family members really was warranted. My hubby was going nuts for over an hour reviewing FB messages, two evenings after his nephew had been released from the hospital, before he knew where folks physically were to receive phone or cell calls.

....pretty much the same reason as Karen and because I have enough virus issues with this computer already. FB is the "fav target" it seems these days and until the rest of the household can show some smarts with computer security - no no way.

We've had to remind family members to stop giving out evey little detail of FIL's accident and recovery on FB/Twitter. Per the lawyer, those are the first places the "other side" goes now to get info they can use against you. Unfortunately it is such a habit with some that they forget, which is what the other side counts on.....
