About the falling on my face ...
My Dad used to call me "Grace" when I was young, but ONLY after I tripped. It was all in good fun.

Lovely technique Deb. I'm always on the lookout for something new.

I have a small rubber stamp (rectangle) that I got forever ago for this same technique. Thanks for reminding me and for additional size options Deb!!

I just figured out that I don't need Tim Holtz' nonstick mat because I can just use one of my larger acrylic blocks instead!

I don't have a non-stick mat either. I use a piece of heavy-duty clear vinyl. You can buy it in the fabric department. People use it to cover furniture or rugs etc. It is with what looks like vinyl kitchen tablecloth material.

AQ, if you want a budget version of Tim Holtz' nonstick mat, go to Cost Plus World Market. In the kitchen aisle, they have a silicone sheet that is the exact same thing that TH charges 1.5 times as much for. I think it is about $6. Closest one to you is in Tukwila. HTH

Thank you ~C8>. I may just do that. There's another Cost Plus Market in Tacoma and it seems like I'm in Tacoma more often than not.
