I received an ATC that I absolutely love. It is from J3annin3, and she used Perfect Pearls. J3annin3, would you post and tell us how you did it? Thanks so much.

We all love to learn around here, and we have some of the best teachers!

Jo do you have to seal it with anything when you're done? Ranger says Perfect Pearls have a binder in them so they are automatically set, but I don't think Pearl-Ex do. So how do you set the mist?
