I found mine by asking where the baseball trading cards were. So you might want to check your yellow pages for baseball trading cards and see if there is a shop in your area. It seems like that would be the place to find them if all else fails.

Many office supply stores also carry ATC pocket pages (cleverly disguised as Baseball card pages) in the aisle where they keep the full size page protectors.

I found mine [really cheap] at a sports memorabilia shop. Check your phone book for one in your area. Mine lets me get them as single pages & in a box of 50.

That's what I've always stored mine in. For the past 6 or 7 years one of my local scrapbook stores has been selling individual pages. But I usually get a package of them when I'm buying Pokemon cards for my grandsons.

Our local Staples has baseball trading card pocket pages. That's where I've gotten them. Wish they had coin pocket pages.

Default Comic shops

You can also find individual card sleeves and the 9-card page protectors at comic shops. That's where I get mine.
