AQ-your tag is very pretty..for some folks that dont know..i wanted to let you all know, that if you dont have any pearl-ex powders (pigmented powders)
you can use the cheap eye powders at the dollar stores..they are just talc powders with pigments..same thing, some are real powders and some use man-made..but mainly the same thing..some just have more pigment in them than others..on some of my art sites , the girls even use pearl-ex as eye make up..i wouldn't do this..but the world around us is doing it..and gosh, you should see the pictures..very vibrant eye make-up..have fun you all...and dont use it for make-up, be safe....lol

I have bought and tried eyeshadows before and yes it will work but keep in mind it is not pure pigment so your colors are not as dark/rich. They tend to be more pastel in tone and the cheaper the eyeshadow the more this is true. Lots more filler stuff and less actual pigment to keep the price so cheap.

Great way to use a color you bought and don't like or got as a free sample though.
