Very pretty Christmas Card TheAfricanQueen. I like the combination of different effects of the same color/color family, simple but elegant.

Great cards, AQ. The shimmer is hard to capture on scans, but I can see it on the 3rd card. Thanks for showing us your art!

Thank you Deb. And that wasn't even a scan, so I'm very happy my little Nikon CoolPix even picked up the glimmer on that third card.

I just added a new Technique tutorial for Painted Pearls. Since it uses Pearl Ex (Pigment Pearls), I'm cross referencing to it here in this tutorial:

This is very pretty. The red-on-red reminds me of woven fabric like a jacquard weave. I think this will also work using Versamark ink.
