i have designers here at my office and we want to design a rubber stamp that integrates our logo with a beautiful graphic design. any advice on places where we can send artwork and have the stamp created? i love the idea of a wooden stamp with handle.

It sounds to me like you need to get your artwork finished before you take it to a custom stamp maker. My advice is to hire a graphic designer to integrate your logo with a beautiful design, and then take that to a local business rubber stamp maker, or send it to an online custom stamp maker. The stamp maker may have someone who can "prepare" artwork for you, but since that's the most important part I think a professional artist is in order.

We make custom stamps and also press rubber for several other companies... if you're looking to get just ONE stamp, then you're probably going to have to go the polymer route unless cost is not a concern as we'd need a magnesium plate and matrix board and that's the expensive part... real rubber is intended for multiples of the stamps... if you want to email me privately and give me the size, I can give you a price with either the old fashioned wood handle or an art mount...

Try Stamp-Connection (http://stamp-connection.com)! They can custom design a rubber stamp very easily for you, and if you order by 3PM EST, can ship it the same day!

If you need a total online experience, try SC Stamps (http://scstamp.com). I know someone who works for the, so I can personally vouch for them. Good luck!

I can neither confirm nor deny that remark....

:)

However, there is a rumor going around that we have a new website coming out very soon!
