I thought he did a very creative job, considering the tools he chose to use.

And we've all been sworn to secrecy that they all come to us to borrow our tools sometimes. ;)

Borrow? Nuh-uh! My son will borrow supplies to make cards & for school projects. I even gave him my old Fiskars slide trimmer 'cause he was borrowing it all the time. DH is another story...his approach to crafting is to ask me if I have on hand or am will to make a card for him to send to somebody. Of course, he usually waits until 5 minutes before he needs to mail it express because he procrastinated and now is bordering on "late". :))
As funny as that clip was, I still thing my all time fav "crafter's" bit was on the Red Green Show. Red was about to do his Handy Mans Corner segment on the workspace inside the lodge. The table was of course covered with various bits & pieces, so Red says "The first step to any project is a clean work space." then lifts the back edge of the table & dumps everything on the floor! He then says "There, now I'm ready to start!". I laughed so hard I totally missed the next segment. :D

His delivery is what's so great. Done exactly like this is how it should be done. It's like the Red Green Craft Hour.

I laughed at that too, but mostly i was envious. I whole heartedly wish i could just dump the table clutter and start fresh! I still haven't gotten all the stuff put away from my last stamping project! :o I've been using the same stamp stuff, same stamp channel! excuse to just let it all go.

Ok Ladies ,
Give us hubbys a break like you always do . The truth of the matter is men are more creative with there messes and can make them with any tool in or out of the garage .
Accidents happen and most of there art cannot be reproduced even though they sayit can.

I now what you mean about husbands asking for cards 5 minutes before thay need them, mine does that to me all the time;) He has often asked me to make my own card for my birthday or mother's day or someo ther holiday. My answer "No Way-you do it" He will then try to find an English card for me.:))
