I'm still learning how to use copics, but I put together a short video to show what I've learned.
Here is the link - let me know what you think (but be gentle!)

Bravo! I didn't listen to the words but it was all there.
Love your use of the blending pen to make the lighter color. Lots easier than making your own pen or waiting for the newer colors.
I'm going to have to sort my Copics a la Flourishes. It makes so much sense to me the way you have bundled them up to make the blending and matching easier.

Thanks Karen!
We thought alot about how to sell copics and what was the best way for the customer. After taking copic classes and talking with the experts, we realized that stampers needed to get the copics in their natural color blend groups, so we've combined markers in groups of 3, 4 or 5 markers to make a natural blend.
While some stores sell them by the dozen, there is no guarantee that you'll get a natural blend group, and other stores require customers to sign up for a 6 month club - which can get very expensive, especially if you are just starting out.
We're glad you think our groupings are helpful - alot of time was spent putting them together!
And I hope if you need more markers you'll consider Flourishes as a source!
thanks!
HI Nancy,
I watched your YouTube video - very nice job. I wanted to add one comment to you because someone FINALLY told me. On the Copic markers there is a gray ring around one end. That end is the fine point end so I no longer have to open the wrong end and have to turn it around. Just in case no one told you - just wanted you to know.

Thanks! After I did that video my close stamping friend told me about this - I will mention it in my next video!

Great video. I have been hearing about copics, but didn't understand what made them different from regular markers.

Great video. I have been hearing about copics, but didn't understand what made them different from regular markers.
The primary difference is that they are alcohol based markers, not water based.
