Sugar dust?

On one of Shari Zs card in the gallery she mentioned that she had used "sugar dust". The effect is soo cool.

I have never heard of "sugar dust" before. Can someone pklease explain to me what that is? And where to get it.:o

I painted my image with H2O's then cut a piece of beadable embossing tape the exact same size as my image. Peel off one side and stick to the image,
then peel off the top side and sprinkle with the "sugar dust" (tiny clear micro beads). It really looks neat and is easy.

I got a jar of this for christmas but haven't used it yet. I got some of the tape to use with it but not the full sheet. Really need to pull that out the the "stash" and try it sometime soon :p .
