We have a new feature at Beeswax called Project of the Month. These will be mostly simple card projects....especially when I do them! This month's was done by Susan Quinn and is an Asian Crane Card. You can find the step by step instructions and all stamps used offered at a discount by clicking here:

Hey Woodman, Take a peek at the Beeswax gallery in the VIP gallery section of this site, then hop to her gallery for her stamps. Those will give you an idea of the simple & difficult.
And to make all the newbies & lurkers feel better, there are a few 'experianced' stampers who are in awe of the ones in her gallery. It just takes time & practice to get to each level. As the OLD joke goes, How do you get to Carnagie Hall? Practice, Practice, Practice. ~C8>

 Well I guess it's all relative isn't it? For me collage work is difficult because my brain doesn't really think that way. For some scenic stamping is difficult. I'd say that the July Project of the Month card is pretty simple because it's really just a few layers of paper. Susan just does an excellent job at giving every detail so at first glance it may seem like a lot. Now for difficult....look at this:

Amy,
I really liked the cards that you do and the scenic ones are really beautiful. I also liked the butterfly cards as I am a butterfly nut! Loved the quality of the pictures taken as you can really see the glitter onthem also. Great work. I would only like to be so talented, but even though I am not that good I have come quite a ways as from the time I first started to make cards. They do keep improving so practice practice practice is the key!

Thanks Audrey! Susan did a great job on that project for me for July. I'm going to be doing August and it will be fairly easy. Just stamping and the use of a punch but no coloring at all.
