Birds on a Branch

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm looking for the stamp that is used in this polymer clay. I don't know if it's just a stamp with birds on a branch or if they are part of a larger stamp. If anyone knows where to get one that would be great. Thanks!

I think that the Flourishes one might work for me, but if anyone knows anything about the stamp used in the polymer above I'd be greatfull if you could let me know!
