I was just reading the storage thread, and I see that many people use these pretty little pots of paint, so I am going to ask the silly question... what do you use them for, and how (I know painting), but is there another trick to using them? Do you use them just for painting stamped images or backgrounds or what?

Lets see, in addition to coloring in:
outlines type images can be painted onto directly and then stamped instead of using ink
just as a highlight in areas where you want something to "pop"
background color, especially sunsets
for water so it sparkles
white or yellow over windows in image
tea cups and other china images to give them that china shine like the real ones.
mist water color paper lightly with water and then randomly brush on and let them spread for a cool background
iridescent on white give a cool now you see it now you don't effect with the colors, great for kid cards.
could probably thing of more but this should give you food for thought for a while and keep you busy stamping for some time.

I love the intense color you get using them. Add more water and it becomes more transparent. I second Stacy in all her ideas. If you can paint it, you can use H2O's!
Try a few. You will be hooked!
