Use your new images ATC swap

Anyone up for swapping ATC's using your new "Happy Birthday RSC" stamps?

These will not be due until the end of May to ensure everyone gets their new stamps and has time to create and play too. This will be a send 6 get 6 back swap, also as promised we will open this one up so you may do double sets. You will however have to make 2 different sets of 6 but since you are sending 12, you will get 12 back.

One other rule, make an extra and send it to the vendor who's stamp you have chosen to use on your ATC as a thank you for making our birthday celebration so special!

Remember you are sending me 6 plus making one for the vendor and one for yourself for a total of 8 made per set. Anyone game?

P.S. I went & checked...with the VLVS order I'll have 12 orders from 11 different companies in the mail soon. (I ordered twice from Cowtown 'cause Laurel added more stuff I just had to have. :lol: )

Oh, you are so lucky Inky Whiskers! I went out to the mailbox hoping for lots of surprises like tags or ATCs and just maybe, maybe one of my orders.

No tags, no ATCs BUT my StamplaJolla order was there - sugar dust, EP, twinkling H2Os, some stamps, yeah!

I'm hoping this means my mailbox is going to be filled tomorrow and Saturday so I start pondering ATC creations.

I am 1/3 of the way done in the color application with my second set. They require color pencil work and of course that is a bit slower for me as I line them up and compare to make sure my color is close in all the series...

Mine went postal today to Stacy; I'm still remiss in sending off the ones to the vendors though. . .have to find one addy, I think.

My jumping off point was some items I picked up to incorporate into a 'Book of Wisdom and Memories' that I'll be working on over the summer to give to my eldest as a 'dorm' gift for college. This means that 'my' ATC will end up in 'her' book, journal, whatever I end up calling it!

:)) If so then i have my 100 in work outs already!:)) I am so bad I am in the wait problem mode just to know they arrived in Texas and that does not even count opening, sorting, posting received them; mailing them back out again and more waiting!!!! I know the ones I sent to my Celebratory vender have arrived and I am so anxious to post but will hold myself back for a little while yet.

Well gang I have one set that has not arrived yet and am worried its lost. Cross your fingers it arrives tomorrow, no luck today :( . I have never had problems with my P O before, they are awesome usually. Suddenly within just over a month 2 things have come up missing :mad: . Wonder if there is a new mail sorter?

Please be sure and get your ATC's in the mail on Monday! One advantage to living in a metropolitan area is mail service is usually really quick. I could possibly receive them the next day or the day after that and will get them back out on the same day I receive yours.

While it's nice of you to offer inchies for everyone I'm not sure if the postage everyone put on their return envelopes could handle the excess, so just get the ATC's sent out first thing Monday.

But i tell you after going to the doctors again and paying 167.00 for the visit out of pocket and him not giving me more meds and telling me i got to learn to live with the wheezing /asthma stuff who wouldn't loose their head????

I could have used that money for more unmounteds. I could have drowned in unmounteds and no one would hear me cough...

So now he will for sure not see my face for many moons to come I've made up the nasty conconcious stuff my moms used to make for me as a child.

Its 1 part cod liver oil
1 part lemon jiuce
and lots of honey
mix it all in a glass jar and i take 1 table spoon in the morning and 1 at night
Its yucky but it does the work... I even give it to hubby and got him cured..

When I got sick with pneumonia I had it for 4 1/2 months and had a severe cough that literally would make my eyes water profusely, for a year. The only way I got rid of it IMO is because I got it again tthe next year and insisted on the biggest baddest meds around. He put me on the newest strongest antibiotic on the market. On rare occasions you can get a piggy back of it, that's where they give you 2 doses of it back to back. I did a triple back and still got pneumonia and was sick or 3 months anyway but once I was well, I was well. No more cough and haven't gotten it again since, knock on wood. Two years in a row for months at a time is enough for me.

But have you had the pneumonia shot?? BIL got pneumonia every year till Sis insisted on him getting the shot 2 years ago. Hasn't had it since. I usually get the coughing gack but since the shot, no probs except with allergies. Check with your Dr. It's worth the pain in the arm. ~C8>

My mom had a folk medicine book and took a daily tonic of vinegar, honey and something else but I do not think it was cod liver oil...:confused:
I did not have to take it ever. I recall a codine based cough syrup tho when I was really sick and it was ( to me like... in my mind) like white lightening the stuff was awful and bitter and burned all the way down but sure kicked the whatevers...just tasted nasty!

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday but our puter was being tended to all day, no more adware pop-up!!:clap: Now I just have learn my way around with all the new stuff on it like Mozilla. Anyway it appears everyone has received their ATC's so post away!! If anyone would like me to take a picture and email it to you for upload just let me know I'd be happy to do so, especially now that my computer is germ free again.
