I loved the backgrounds for these, reminds me of the days when I was younger and went to a theme park and you could create your own. Having said that, how do you achieve that look today? What type ink is used?
Thanks

hi ,

you can use alcohol inks for them or other thin inks who spread well .

i do it in a childrens spin and splash machine.

If you want a fun interesting background similar to spin art, get an old salad spinner from the thrift store, cut paper to fit in the bottom, and drip ink inside, and spin away. (I've done this with regular paint when I taught preschool and kindergarten, But I imagine it could work with re-inkers.
Another way I have done spin art is to use a old fashioned kids record player (if you can find one!), break off the arm where the needle is/was, put on a piece paper with a hole punched in the middle (or your could somehow break off the spindle), turn on the record player, and use a marker. Again, I think this could be adapted for stamping inks...
I have a manual spin art that I got for my classroom. It's a wood base with a magnet in the middle to hold the paper down (there's a magnet holder to go on top) and you spin the base with your hand. This was purchased in a school supply catalogue, and is probably quite costly I imagine.
just few ideas,

thats a good idea! Plus, then my iron and my toaster oven would feel so lonely being covered in art materials up in my studio!
